Shop Policies

Processing: Orders are to be completed in 5-7 business days. Orders can be rushed for an added fee. While orders are usually faster this is our standard processing time.

Cancellations: Cancellations are ONLY accepted within 2 hours of ordering. Items are custom printed once ordered, therefore we do not allow return or exchanges.

Shipping: Buyers are responsible for shipping fee and taxes unless otherwise indicated, if you would like to speed up shipping time, you are responsible for the added fee. I am NOT responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping partner. I only ship within the U.S.

All Sales Final

  • Since all our items are custom printed once ordered, we do not allow return or exchanges.
  • Please look at our size chart to determine the best sizing for you. Most are unisex items, and you may want to size down for a fitted look. Please reach out if you need assistance.
  • If your order arrives and it was damaged in transit, please email me at barefootcctx@gmail.com within 48 hours and I’ll be happy to make it right.

 Communication

  • Please be aware that business days are Monday-Friday, it does not include weekend and holidays.
  • In order to ensure your order is received and created in a timely fashion, all communication must go through my email, barefootcctx@gmail.com. I will not respond to order requests via social media, messenger or texting.
  • ALL communication will be completed via email at barefootcctx@gmail.com
  • Please allow 48 hours for me to email you back. If it is urgent put urgent on the subject line

 Custom Requests

  • Please be aware that business days are Monday-Friday, it does not include weekend and holidays. Allow 48 business hours to get back to you.
  • If you message me via social media or my phone regarding a custom request I will NOT reply, email me at barefootcctx@gmail.com
  • ALL custom requests will be completed via website or email at barefootcctx@gmail.com
  • Please note: NO orders will be started; no items will be bought until your invoice is paid.
  • Please be aware, I will NOT start an apparel or drinkware custom orders until you approve my mockup.
